	Riverwood is one of Mid-Michigan's only full service golf resorts - with an 18-hole championship golf course, practice facilities, accommodations, dining and other activities on property. Located just minutes from the Soaring Eagle Casino and Central Michigan University, Riverwood also features a 24 lane bowling alley.

		Villa accommodations provide ample living space with full kitchens and separate bedrooms, and are located just steps from the golf course. A 27 hole golf course, spacious clubhouse, deluxe fairway villas and Chef Miller's mouthwatering food - all at this centrally located property.

	Riverwood's 27-hole championship facility is a challenging layout has been recently renovated, and winds its way around rivers and ponds, with mature trees lining most of the fairways. Players can choose from 3 sets of tees measuring from 4462 to 6600 yards, with slope ratings between 127 and 133.

	On property is a grass driving range and two putting greens - one near the villas and one in front of the clubhouse. The 3200 square foot pro shop is stocked with golf accessories and clothing, including Riverwood logo attire. Golfers will be pleased with the wonderful conditioning from tee to green, plus a high quality design - available for public play at modest rates.

	ACCOMMODATIONS


	Deluxe Villa housing is available with competitively priced stay and play packages featured from spring through fall, and with cross country skiing during winter months.


	A full kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils, a living and dining area, separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a private porch with great golf course views are some of the amenities standard at Riverwood. The practice facilities, golf course, dining and conference areas, and bowling alley are just steps away from the villas.

	RESORT FEATURES AND ACTIVITIES


	Riverwood is known not only for great golf deals but also for its fine dining - with gourmet meals prepared by Chef Miller. All packages include a full breakfast and wonderfully prepared dinners. Bar service is available in the adjacent lounge, and also in the bowling alley.


	The modern bowling facility includes 24 lanes - perfect for leagues and outings - with packages highlighted during winter months. Automated scoring and full food service are first class amenities available to all guests.

	Custom packages for groups of 8 to 120 people can be arranged. Banquet facilities can accommodate weddings, outings and special events, hosting as many as 200 people. The Soaring Eagle Casino - proclaimed as the largest Indian Casino this side of the Mississippi - is located just minutes away, as are shopping and restaurants in Mt Pleasant.

	FROM DETROIT: I-96 west towards Lansing -- In Lansing area, take US 127 North towards Mt. Pleasant / Clare. -- Exit LEFT at the first Mt. Pleasant exit (Business 127/C.M.U.) -- Turn LEFT at the second traffic light on to Broomfield Road (there is a Burger King on the corner). -- Riverwood is about 2 1/2 miles on the right!

	OR

	I-75 North past Saginaw into the Bay City area. -- Exit on to US-10 West towards Midland / Clare. -- Exit LEFT for Downtown Midland (Business 10). -- This road will be a one-way street through downtown Midland. Watch for signs for M-20 West. It will be a left turn at approximately the sixth traffic light on the Business 10 route. A large bridge at Main Street is the start of M-20. -- Take M-20 into Mt. Pleasant (about 25 minutes). Just past the casino, M-20 is also called "Pickard Road". You will go through several lights past the Casino -- When you come to a traffic light with a Meijer grocery store on the right (Mission Street), continue STRAIGHT on Pickard Road for about 2 1/2 more miles. -- At the four-way stop sign, turn LEFT on Lincoln Road. -- Go about 2 more miles to another four-way stop sign. Turn RIGHT on Broomfield Road. Riverwood is 1/2 mile on the right.
