This Donald Ross design provides a forgiving and enjoyable layout for golfers of all skill levels. Rackham is a great value with affordable specials and consistently good conditioning, and is one of the few courses in the region that attempts to stay open most of the year, weather permitting.
The clubhouse has a small golf shop plus snack area serving hot and cold sandwiches, beverages and snacks. The outdoor patio provides numerous picnic tables for guests and outings. There are 2 practice greens on property. See the link to the TGWG pictorial review near the top of this page.
Directions:
From Detroit: Take 1-75 North to exit 61 (I-696 West). Travel 1.6 miles toward Main St/Woodwoord/Detroit Zoo. Merge onto W. 10 Mile Rd. and travel to golf course approx .8 mi on the right.
