Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center

Drummond Island Resort and Conference Center, just off Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula, is a special place surrounded by hardwoods and pines and nestled in the soothing waters of Northern Lake Huron. Visitors will be welcomed to this 2000-acre resort which though rustic and serene, also presents fine amenities that comfort golfers and families alike. The ride here is a worthy adventure in itself, as from the Lower Peninsula (5 hours from Detroit) it is necessary to drive across the Mackinac Bridge, through the forest of the Eastern UP to the ferry that whisks travelers across the St Mary's River to Drummond Island. The ferry runs 365 days a year, so visitors may enjoy the pleasures of the resort year round! Transportation by air to the IFR private airport is also an option.

The Rock is a four star (Golf Digest Places to Play) championship design that is part of the Audubon Nature Preserve System. Designed with both the golfer and the northwoods in mind, players will find solitude that is often shared with whitetail deer and abundant native waterfowl. With four sets of tees and a top slope rating of 142, golfers will find a nice challenge, but also will appreciate the serene beauty of this pristine golfing environment.

On property is a grass range, practice green plus a clubhouse with full service pro shop and bar. Private or group lessons can also be arranged.
